How is the movie 2012 and what is it about?

2012 is a really good movie I suggest seeing it. I recently saw 2012 it was way better than what I thought it would be. But I can't say to much about it because it will ruin the movie for you. So here is just a little information it was one the most action packed and adventures movies I've probably ever seen after the movie I felt like it was really gonna happen. 2012 is about when the world is supposed to end on December 21st, 2012 which was predicted by the Mayans. Also all humanity is trying to stay alive from being killed by an earth quake, falling in the earth after it has caved in, hit by a tsunami, or killed by a volcano/lava it seemed the only way to stay alive was by being in a airplane. You should definitely watch this movie.

What caused world war 2?

World War 2 was caused mainly because the nations tensions, issues that where unresolved, resentments from World War 1, and some effects of the great Depression. World War 2 involved many of the world nations, and over 100 million military troops. This was the most wide spread war in history. 70 million people and more were killed, making it the deadliest conflict in human history. The war began on September 1, 1939, when the Germans started to invade Poland. soviet union invaded Poland from the East side. Other countries were at war already before Poland was invaded by the Soviet union. about 16 days later Germans invaded the Soviet union. In 1945 the war ended the Soviet union and the United states then had the cold war which lasted for 46 years it ended on many different dates because of all the different wars happening. Intro
Buddhism is a religion that practices meditation. Buddhism has been around for 2,500 years. It is also the 4th largest religion in the world, more and more people join this religion everyday.

Founder
The founder of Buddhism, Siddharta Gautama. Siddharta founded Buddhism in 520BCE in Northeast India.

Followers & locations
Their are 360 million followers of Buddhism. For instance they are many people in these locations China, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. It is also the 4th largest world religion.

sacred text
Tripitaka, is the earliest in their teachings. This word means three baskets. Tripitaka Is also referred to as Pali canon.

Religious Holidays
The date of the holidays is based on the lunar calendar. First of all Buddhists New Year. Buddhist New Year is celebrated for 3 days from the first full moon in April. Vesak, Buddha's birthday is also celebrated by the them. Vesak is celebrated on the first full moon in May.

Rituals
Buddhism's main practice in rituals is Meditation. It helps enlighten their journey, and bring blessings on oneself and others.

Dress/clothing
Buddha’s monks dress in a humble robe. The Monk in this picture is dressed in a orange robe which some monks where in China. In different places in the world such as Korea, China, or Japan dresses in different colored robes and different type of clothes.

The average video game player is 18 and 30, College students say they love X box live. Some ones son was addicted to the game Ever quest and committed suicide in front of his computer. For many college students don't even have video games and most that do don't have video game addiction but it is still a problem. X box live does help you to bond with friends and if only played for like 30 minutes it wont hurt and you wont get addicted. If you are playing a video game that you can't socialize in it has very little benefit. Some ways that you can keep from playing video games is get into after school sports or activities. If some one is not introduced to video games until later in life like around the age of 20 or older usually they have already devoted their time toward other interest.

Call of duty W.A.W

as part of team 3, I am excited to be blogging this year on the topic of co existence.

The community Im blogging about is the xbox 360 gaming community. Call of duty W.A.W is a really fun game but my favorite part about it is the zombie game mode it's almost all I play when i do play Xbox which is not that often any more because i'm busy with sports and school now, I think it's really fun because I like games that involve team work and war and I do have all the new maps, so far deriese is my favorite zombie map I think the pack a punch is so cool, but I also enjoy playing multiplayer, capture the flag and free for all is what I am best at but i'll play anything
