The average video game player is 18 and 30, College students say they love X box live. Some ones son was addicted to the game Ever quest and committed suicide in front of his computer. For many college students don't even have video games and most that do don't have video game addiction but it is still a problem. X box live does help you to bond with friends and if only played for like 30 minutes it wont hurt and you wont get addicted. If you are playing a video game that you can't socialize in it has very little benefit. Some ways that you can keep from playing video games is get into after school sports or activities. If some one is not introduced to video games until later in life like around the age of 20 or older usually they have already devoted their time toward other interest.
